What??? No, it's not what you think. I am talking about the tentions we carry around on a daily basis, especially when we are working out.
Next time you are off on your venture to get fit, notice your posture. Are your shoulders rolled back and pulled down away from your ears? Are you standing straight up with all your pivot points in alignment? What about when you run....ARE YOUR TOES CURLED IN YOUR SHOES? I am here to say, "Relax, Relate and Release" those muscles and enjoy your workouts like you enjoy your favorite dessert or beverage. Uncurl your toes and be graceful. Have a nice day Shellita M.
